Where do you service?

If it makes sense, we travel. We do jobs from Orange County, Las Vegas, up to San Francisco. Mainly we work in San Luis Obispo County, Santa Barbara County, Kern County, Kings County, Tulare County, Fresno County, and Monterey County. Our focus is in Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, Santa Margarita, San Simeon, Big Sur, Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, 5-cities, Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Oceano, Guadalupe, Nipomo, Santa Maria, Orcutt, Buellton, Santa Ynez, Lompoc, and all those little homes in between.

What does your service include?

Depends on the project but our service always includes no cost in-home consult and estimate. We will take down and haul away your old blinds. Our prices include installation and our two year warranty on top of the window covering’s warranty as well.

How long will it take?

When we come to someone’s home for a consult, we want to be present. So if you’re in a rush, we can be done within 5-10 minutes. If you want to sit down and go over your options and budget, we will take the time. Once your window coverings are ordered, it takes between 2-4 weeks to have them installed. Shutters will take longer, usually 5 weeks.

Do you require deposits?

No. Maybe we should, but we don’t. It slows down the process and we want you to know we are motivated to get your product up. It avoids awkward assumptions.

Do you do blind repairs?

Yes. For our existing customers, we will usually be able to come and fix any issues within 48 hours. We charge an hourly rate and we will also advise you if it’ll cost less for a new one then to fix it. Sometimes, the mechanism in the blind is broken down and what cause it to break will likely happen again.
